Unwashed

In their original condition

With all hygiene seals, tags, and packaging intact

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on panties, thongs, bodysuits, hosiery, or any item where the hygiene seal has been removed or tampered with.

How Returns Work
You must submit your return request within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the item has been inspected and approved.

No Returns or Refunds After 14 Days
After the 14‑day SRC period has passed, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances. This helps us maintain strict hygiene standards and ensure product integrity for all customers.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
